Happy Birthday Macho from Beatnik Castle!
(Tampa) – Former seven-time world champion and current Tampa resident Hector “Macho” Camacho will make a special announcement on House of Hitz Radio (www.ustream.tv/channel/houseofhitz-on-radio) this Monday May 24, 2010 at 7:00 pm EST. Following this special radio announcement, the former WBC Super Featherweight, WBC Lightweight, WBO and WBC Light Welterweight, WBF and IBC Welterweight, and NBA Super Middleweight Champion will celebrate his 48th birthday by hosting a special private party at the Copa Restaurant and Lounge at 4235 West Waters Avenue, Tampa, Florida 33614.
Quincy B (a longtime fan of Camacho) and Leemarie will be performing “Tu Puedos Ser Mio?” – a special Flaminco/Latin acoustic version of Beatnik Castle’s worldwide smash hit “Will U B Mine?” – for the Macho Man.
“It’s definitely an honor to help the Macho man celebrate his birthday,” exclaims an excited Quincy B. “I’ve been a big fan since he won his first world title against Bazooka Limon!”
“The English version of “Will U B Mine?” is currently # 37 on Billboard’s Hot Dance Club Play Charts and steadily climbing. The reggatone version is getting great reviews on zip DJ.
