Tampa’s psychedelic dance/pop duo Beatnik Castle featuring Ohsha Kai will be filming the music video for the “How Do You Mend a Broken Heart (Like Mine)?” in Tampa and Orlando this summer 2010, probably in mid June. Once again, Cynsings Studios and director Russ Miller will be at the helm for filming for “Broken Heart.” There are several locations we’re looking at right now, “explains Quincy B. “Once we get final confirmation on the exact time and location, we’ll post the details and invite every Beatnik Fan to join us for a fun-filled time!” “It’s going to be a great video, that’s for sure,” adds Quincy B. “I’m playing a janitor…Jammesson and Ariale will be there…Apoca, Leemarie, our friend Motown Maurice…and many others who’ve been supportive of Beatnik Castle this past year!” The trailer for “Broken Heart” is currently available on YouTube at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4VmWjS_O8Vc.

Beatnik Castle’s current video for “Will U B Mine?” (the single just debuted # 49 with a bullet on  Billboard’s Hot Dance Club Play Chart for May 8, 2010) is currently in distribution by Promo Only and was aired on VH1, MTV, SPIKE, LOGO, AOL and other worldwide video outlets. A second video for “Will U B Mine?”– an animated concept video by Rob Strawley and 2reelFX, will be released later this week. “It’s like a hybrid between a video game and Billy Idol’s “Rock the Cradle of Love” video, “exclaims an excited Quincy. Virginai-Florida-based remixers Futron Labs/Electrosonix are also doing a techno-electro house remix of “Will U B Mine?”
