<p>Tampa’s psychedelic dance/pop duo <strong>Beatnik Castle featuring Francillia’s</strong> debut single “Will U B Mine?”  debuted on  <strong>Billboard’s Hot Dance Club Play Chart</strong> for <strong>May 8, 2010</strong>. As of <strong>May 22, 2010, </strong>“Will U B Mine already climbed to<strong> # 37 (</strong>with a bullet<strong>)</strong> and the momentum is gaining! Beatnik Castle’s limited edition club remix CD was a Featured Release in Zip Dj’s newsletter and the single was and reached <strong># 2</strong> on <strong>Zip Dj’s</strong> <strong>Top 40 USA National Dance</strong> and <strong>Club Charts </strong>(behind<strong> Adam Lambert) </strong>last month. <p>“Thanks to all the hard work and effort of our team,” sighs an excited Quincy B. “”Many thanks to all the djaya and veejays congratulating <strong>Loren Chaidez</strong>, <strong>Harry Towers</strong> and new singer <strong>Ohsha Kai </strong>for making this happen and believing in the project”.  Following a stellar representation at this year’s <strong>Winter Music Conference Showcase</strong> (with new Beatnik singers<strong> </strong>Ohsha Kai<strong> </strong>and<strong> Jamesson Beane</strong> filling in for regular back-up <strong>Ariale, </strong>who couldn’t attend), Beatnik Castle is getting to launch its second single “How Do You Mend a Broken Heart (Like Mine)?” featuring Ohsha Kai should be ready for release by summer 2010. <p>Remixes for “Broken Heart” will include traditional Beatnik staples <strong>Josh Harris</strong>, <strong>Cato K</strong>, <strong>Lenny B</strong>, <strong>Julian Marsh</strong>, and <strong>Majik Boys </strong>as well<strong> Trypsin, Electrosonix, </strong>and<strong> Captain GQ. </strong>“Of course, I’ll always throw in my signature acoustic version, “promises Quincy, who adds the acoustic/piano version of “Broken Heart” features “incredible string and orchestra arrangements” and, of course, “Ohsha’s incredible old school vocals!”</p>

<p><strong>Cynsings Studios</strong> and director <strong>Russ Miller</strong> will once again be at the helm for Beatnik Castle’s video shoot and the filming for “Broken Heart” is scheduled for Tampa and Orlando <strong>June 2010</strong>. More details to follow. “It’s going to be a great video, that’s for sure,” adds Quincy B. “I’m playing a janitor…Jammesson and Ariale will be there…<strong>Apoca</strong>, <strong>Leemarie</strong>, our friend <strong>Motown Maurice</strong>…and many others who’ve been supportive of Beatnik Castle this past year!”</p>
